For more than 25 years, I've worked at the intersection of brands, systems, and consumer behavior.
I've built companies, led go-to-market initiatives, and been on-site at some of the world's largest companies developing enterprise systems across the Walmart ecosystem, CPG, mass consumer marketing, retail, and loyalty.
Through all of that, I kept seeing the same gap: loyalty value was everywhere, yet trapped.
